MARIETTA, Ga. -- A Cobb County store owner faces charges after police said he took pictures of women in dressing rooms.

Investigators said a customer accused James Jackson IV, the owner of the Hip Chic Store, of taking her picture while she was undressing in the store last month. The woman claimed Jackson took the picture from underneath the dressing room door.

Cobb County police investigators said Jackson turned himself in last week. Jackson was charged with unlawful surveillance and stalking. He was later released on bond.

Investigators said they will continue looking into the case and may file more charges against Jackson.
