DECATUR, Ga. -- A health clinic employee was shot Tuesday morning as he walked inside to work, police said.

The shooting happened at about 9 a.m. at the North DeKalb County Health Center on Clairmont Road.

Police said the shooter was in some woods near the clinic and fired several shots, hitting the worker in the neck.

The victim was taken to another hospital for treatment.

Investigators said they are looking for a sport utility vehicle that was seen leaving the area.
