CARROLLTON, Ga. -- Relatives of Dr. Phil Astin, wrestler Chris Benoit's doctor, both praised and criticized the physician Saturday, one day after federal agents conducted a second raid on Astin's Carrollton office.

Investigators have been working around the clock since they found the lifeless bodies of professional wrestler Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy and 7-year-old son Daniel inside their Fayetteville home on Monday.

Part of the investigation is focused in Carrollton.

Benoit visited the office of Dr. Phil Astin on Friday, hours before he killed his wife and son and then committed suicide, police said.

Dr. Astin's practice has come under scrutiny after anabolic steroids prescribed by him were found inside Benoit's home.

Saturday, Wayne Harlan, Astin's father-in-law, said he was confident in Astin's abilities. Harlan said he doesn't know where Astin is, but said Astin is available for patients.

But another relative, Bradford Williamson, is criticizing Astin. Williamson claimed Saturday that Astin overmedicated another family member. But Williamson's claim has not been verified, and it's unclear what his relationship to Astin is.

Astin has been under investigation before.

In 2001, Astin's privileges at Tanner Medical Center were suspended for three months for reasons related to competence of character, according to a report.

The center is across the street from Astin's Carrollton office.

The report also says Astin later lied about the suspension, which resulted in disciplinary action and a fine of $500.
