Norcross Rallies To Save Coffee Shop

NORCROSS, Ga. -- A Gwinnett County community has saved a coffee shop from going out of business.The owner of the Northern Star Coffehouse in historic Norcross announced a few weeks ago he would have to close his doors.The news shocked the community and prompted residents to set up a Web site called SaveNorthernStar.com.Residents raised nearly $6,000 from the Web site.
The Downtown Development Authority also found an investor that is going to keep the coffee shop open.
