FBI: Man Arrested In Armed Robbery Case

ATLANTA -- Special Agent in Charge Gregory Jones of the FBI Atlanta, announced the arrest of Ronald Coleman King, 47, of New York on Thursday.According to police,King walked into the Kroger grocery store on Roswell Road Friday morning and robbed the bank inside.Officials said King, who was armed with a gun, left the grocery store with cash and got into a green Cadillac.Police arrested King without incident after agents located his vehicle near a residence in the Pleasantdale Road area of Dekalb County.
King was charged with the May 9 armed robbery of the Best Bank, located inside of a Kroger grocery store, at 2100 Roswell Road, Marietta.He is also a suspect in the May 14 armed robbery of the LGE Credit Union, located within the same shopping plaza as the Best Bank.King will have an initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Russell Vineyard Thursday afternoon at the Richard Russell Federal Courthouse in Atlanta
