Haralson County Teen Won't Face Charges

Four Others Will Be Charged In Brittany Carrigg's Disappearance

A 17-year-old girl who vanished after going for a walk last week in northwest Georgia and was found unharmed two days later will not face charges.

Law enforcement officials and volunteers searched for Brittany Carrigg last week. Haralson County Sheriff's Office Investigator Rhonda Eberritt said authorities found her walking down a road after receiving a tip. She had been with friends, who were charged.

Ricky Cline, 51; Patrick Cline, 18; and Kevin Husby, 18 were charged with interference with custody and obstruction. Christopher Poag, 17, was charged with interference with custody.
