Boat Accident On Lake Lanier Kills Two
Victims' Pontoon Boat Capsized Around 11:30 P.M. Saturday

CUMMING, Ga. -- The bodies of two friends were pulled out of Lake Lanier Sunday following a boat accident Saturday night, authorities said.The victims were identified Sunday as Lung Mang, 21, of Honor Run in Alpharetta and Tha Thang, 23, also of Honor Run in Alpharetta.Authorities said the two went missing around 11:30 p.n. Saturday after the pontoon boat they were on capsized. According to investigators, seven other people were on the boat, which the group had rented for the evening. None of the seven were seriously injured.A search for the two men, which had been called off Saturday night, resumed Sunday morning. The men's bodies were found around 8:50 a.m. Authorities said the bodies were found near each other in roughly 10 feet of water near a sandbar.
Investigators said they are trying to find out why the men drowned.
