Teenager Killed In Cobb Accident
No Charges Will Be Filed Against Driver, Police Say

MARIETTA, Ga. -- A teenager was struck and killed by a truck overnight in Marietta, police said.The 16-year-old boy was riding a scooter when he collided with a large truck near Robinson Road, according to investigators.The teen, whose name was not released, died at a hospital.
No charges were filed against the driver.
