Hartsfield-Jackson is well prepared to welcome than 2 million passengers during this busy holiday period.
The Fourth of July peak travel period runs from Thursday, June 30, to Wednesday, July 6.
"We are happy to serve more than 2 million passengers during this busy holiday period," Aviation General Manager Louis Miller said. "We have extra staffing, efficient services and plenty of shops to help passengers navigate through the Airport with ease."
Passenger numbers will be almost 2 percent higher than this period last year, matching the year-to-date passenger increase.
