There was a motions hearing Wednesday morning during the trial, but it didn't concern the defendant.
The defense said witness Shayna Citron, a friend of Andrea Sneiderman's, was scared after testifying.
On Thursday, Andrea hugged Citron in the courtroom. Citron said in the hallway, Andrea told her she was no longer her friend and said, "I'll have to do what I have to do."
Citron felt threatened and called her kids' school to warn them of the threat.
The defense wanted jury to learn about what happened and how Andrea manipulated Citron, but the judge refused.
The judge said Citron can testify at the end of the day outside the jury's presence.
