GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Gwinnett County police said a woman killed her husband and critically wounded a woman before turning the gun on herself.

The crime scene unfolded in an office complex parking lot near Duluth at Satellite and Steve Reynolds Boulevard on Tuesday night.

Police said 44-year-old Sylvia Junn drove to the office and confronted her husband, 45-year-old Charles Junn, and a woman.

She shot them both, according to police, then got into a white Lexus and fled the scene. Charles Junn was run over as she left.

"She apparently shot him, and then in her efforts to leave, she actually ran the male victim over with her vehicle, and don't know if that was intentional or part of her fleeing the scene," said Gwinnett County Police Cpl. Jake Smith.

A passerby called 911 and stopped to help.

The woman returned a few minutes later, and the bystander ran a short distance away.

Around 7:30 p.m. when police arrived, Smith said officers saw the "woman holding a gun standing over two bodies." The bystander was able to tell police what he saw.

"They quickly assessed the scene, but before they could take any action she shot herself and is deceased," Smith said.

The 51-year-old unidentified woman is believed to be a resident of Gwinnett County. She is in critical condition in an Atlanta area hospital.

Police said Charles Junn and the female victim likely had an affair in the past. Mi Cho said she knew Charles Junn, and he will be missed.

"He was a very nice guy. He was helping Sylvia at the law office, he was a member of the Korean community Chamber of Commerce and people are very surprised about what had happened," said Cho.

The Junns were residents of Duluth. They are survived by their 16-year-old son.

Sylvia Junn was an immigration attorney.
