DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

A Douglas County mother is under arrest for reportedly giving Botox and other treatments without a medical license.

According to documents obtained by CBS Atlanta, Kristie Johnson was already on probation when she opened up shop.

Reporter Jennifer Mayerle has been investigating Johnson and her business, Omni Medical Center. Several of Johnson's patients told Mayerle that Johnson injected them with Botox and even cut their skin, injecting them with hormone pellets, then gluing the skin back together as part of a weight loss plan.

Johnson isn't licensed to do that. She opened and ran Omni Medical Center in Peachtree City for about eight months. According to patients, she treated them, telling them she was a physician's assistant.

But CBS Atlanta News uncovered she doesn't have a medical license.

Johnson was evicted from her Peachtree City office for not paying rent.  She recently opened up another office in Douglasville.

On Friday, Douglasville police arrested her for unauthorized distribution of a controlled substance. According to testimony in court, Johnson got a prescription for a patient by penning a doctor's name without his knowledge.

Johnson was given a $5,000 cash bond on Monday morning in court. Next, she'll be transferred to the Fayette County Jail.

Peachtree City is charging her with six counts of practicing medicine without a license.

People that work near her closed office said she not only practiced without a license but left dozens of clients high and dry.

"She carried herself and proclaimed herself a Christian, but that's not too Christian to do that to people like that," said Christopher Host.

Mayerle will have more on Johnson's criminal history, the other people that claim she's ripped them off and what happened when CBS Atlanta News walked into her office in the days to come.
