ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The 911 call made Friday after a fatal Lake Lanier accident involving the stepson of music artist Usher has been released.

Officers said two children were on an innertube being pulled by a pontoon boat when a Jet Ski ran over them.

They said the driver of the Jet Ski was 38-year old Jeffrey Hubbard.

It was later confirmed the child in the accident was Usher Raymond's stepson.

Usher said on his Facebook page that his stepson was declared brain dead after an accident over the weekend.

Officers said alcohol was not a factor. They have not filed charges, but they are still investigating.
