SPALDING COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Spalding County deputies arrested a 13-year-old for stealing $40 worth of candy from a storage facility.

The assistant principal of Rehobeth Road Middle School filed a report Oct. 23.

According to the report, the assistant principal and another teacher saw the teen coming out of a secured storage building.

The school resource officer began to investigate the incident and found that the girl entered the storage building and took the candy.
