Law enforcement authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a man believed to be behind two east Valley bank holdups.
One of the robberies occurred on Oct. 3 at the Compass Bank in the 4000 block of West Ray Road in Chandler. The other one happened the next day at US Bank in the 1500 block of East Elliott Road in Tempe.
In both robberies, the suspect approached the teller, handed over a demand note and displayed a handgun, police said. Each time, the robber is given an undisclosed amount of cash.
The robber fled the banks in an unknown direction. No getaway vehicle was observed.
The gunman is described as Hispanic and between 20 to 30 years old. He is between 5'7" and 5'8" tall and weighs between 200 to 250 pounds. The robber wears glasses but no disguise.

Police also need help locating 27-year-old Jose Guillen. He is described as 5'5" tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Guillen is wanted for probation violation on an original charge of attempted molestation of a child.
There's also a warrant out for 38-year-old Rolanda Rettkowski. She is described as 5'7" tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Rettkowski also uses the following names: Rolanda Walston, Lori Burgman and Rolanda Lee. She is wanted for failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of dangerous drugs.
