STOCKBRIDGE, GA (CBS46) -

Officers are searching for a man wanted in an armed robbery at the SunTrust Bank inside a Publix at 909 Eagles Landing Pkwy. in Stockbridge.

On Tuesday at about 3 p.m., Revell Desmond Edwards, 21, walked into the bank wearing a suit with a white striped shirt, according to authorities.

Edwards showed a small black handgun and gave a note demanding money, according to the teller.

Police said Edwards fled in a maroon SUV driven by 24-year-old Adam Emory Zeigler.

Zeigler was charged and is in the Henry County Jail.

Police said Edwards has other warrants in the metro Atlanta area. He is wanted out of Henry County for armed robbery.

Investigators said Edwards was possibly dropped off at a MARTA bus stop around South DeKalb Mall.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Henry County Police Department or 911.
