Dunwoody police are looking for a man captured on a surveillance camera after a 15-year-old boy reported that the man had tried to pay him for sex in a bathroom at Perimeter Mall.
According to police, the man was pretending to wash his hands when the suspect asked the victim if he wanted to make some extra money by performing sexual acts.
The teen ran out of the bathroom and alerted security. Police said the suspect was able to flee the mall before security guards could catch him.
News of the predator has shoppers thinking about safety on all levels.
"You always have to be aware of your surroundings," Kathy Roberts said. "Make sure you have your keys in your hand, and who is hanging around, you just have to pay attention. They target anyone. Especially kids, because they are defenseless."
Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Dunwoody Police Department at 678-382-6911.
