Police arrested two people and are searching for a third person who stole a trailer from the Hope Center in Woodstock on Thursday.

A tip led investigators to the stolen trailer in a parking lot along Barrett Lakes Boulevard at Sun Suites.

Investigators spoke to the tipster who was able to identify the truck that pulled the trailer into the parking lot on Nov. 27.

Sun Suites management told police which room the truck's owner was staying in.

Carl James Bourque, 44, and Bobbie Jean Colston, 31, were arrested and charged with felony theft by taking.

The trailer was returned to the Hope Center.

Five cribs were inside the trailer before the theft, but only two of the cribs have been recovered.

Police continue to search for the third suspect involved in the theft.
