BROOKHAVEN, GA (CBS46) -

Voters in Georgia's newest city of Brookhaven are returning to the polls Tuesday.

They will select a mayor and candidates for three council seats.

The race for mayor did not see any candidate come out with more than 50 percent of the vote, and the same held true for city council districts 1, 3 and 4.

Mayoral candidates J. Max Davis and Sandy Murray are competing in Tuesday's runoff.

Only one councilman won more than 50 percent of the vote in November, to avoid the runoff election.

Jim Eyre, who was competing against two other candidates for city council in District Two, won his race with 54 percent of the vote.
