Dunwoody Police officers step up overnight patrols after thefts
DUNWOODY, GA (CBS46) -
Dunwoody police have increased patrols on Dunwoody Club Drive and the Kingsley neighborhood in response to a rash of thefts from vehicles.
Police records show reports of five car break-ins across the city in the last week.
The thefts range from car break-ins for a DVD player to passports, checks, debit cards, wallets, sunglasses and briefcases.
The addresses for the break-ins are 4800 Coldstream Dr., 5300 block of Chamblee Dunwoody Road, a second on the 4800 block of Coldstream Dr. 6900 block of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, 1000 block of Crown Pointe Parkway.
