Police said four people were shot on Bourbon Street in New Orleans during Mardi Gras celebrations.
Early Sunday morning police released a bystander's video of what they said was an argument just ahead of the shots ringing out. The footage showed people in costumes in the crowded French Quarter just days before Fat Tuesday.
Two men and two women were wounded. One man was shot in the abdomen, thigh, and pelvic area. The remaining three victims suffered lesser gunshot wounds.
Police have not said if they made any arrests but were seeking the public's help.
