CLAYTON COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -
A U.S. marshal arrested a man who was wanted for his role in the death of a taxicab driver, according to Clayton County police.
Clayton County officers were searching for Julius Ryan Thomas since January after Rosendo Casarrubias, 44, with EVAS Taxi, was found shot in the head in his cab.
The incident happened on Jan. 25 in the 200 block of Brookview Drive in Riverdale.
Thomas is charged with felony murder, false statements and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
On Feb. 2, police also charged another suspect, Desmond Brandon Nixon, in connection with Casarrubias' murder.
Nixon was arrested and charged with murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, false statements, possession of firearm by convicted felon and possession of firearm during the commission of a felony.
