COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

A judge has set a May 28 trial date for the man accused of killing three people in Cobb County.

Jesse James Warren, 63, of Temple, is accused of killing three people at a truck rental facility in Kennesaw in January 2010.

Lawyers for Warren will argue he was insane when he arrived in camouflage and shot his victims at the Penske facility.

Warren is charged with the murder of Roberto Gonzalez, Van Springer and Jaider Phillipe Marvlanda. Two other people, Joshua Holbrook and Zachariah Werner, were wounded.

Warren worked at the Penske truck facility in Kennesaw for four years. He was let go from the company and, according to family members of the victims, was disgruntled.
