Fulton County police are on the hunt for three men who burst into a South Fulton County home early Thursday, assaulted and tied up the homeowner, and robbed the place.
It happened at about 1:45 a.m. on Gable Court in the upscale Barrington Trace subdivision off Enon Road.
According to Cpl. Kay Lester, the men appeared to be in their thirties. No further descriptions were immediately available.
The men fled in a burgundy, four-door Ford F-150 pickup truck. It has a Tennessee license plate: E53-73D. If you see that truck, call the Fulton County Police Department at 404-613-6600.
An expensive luxury car, a Bentley, remained in the homeowner's driveway.
The homeowner, who didn't wish to go on camera, told CBS Atlanta News that he recently bought the home.
According to Fulton County records, the previous owner was Kimberly Smedley, the woman convicted and sent to federal prison last year for illegally injecting commercial silicone into the buttocks of customers for enlargement purposes.
