Pothole Patrol: Forest Parkway in Clayton County fixed

Posted: Updated:
CLAYTON COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

It took Pothole Patrol over a year and it took Lake City's Mayor Willie Oswalt two years.

Now, the long standing dispute over who's responsibility it is to maintain Forest Parkway is over.

Earlier this week, Clayton County's Public Works director Jeff Metarko sent over a crew to patch every hole in the Lake City limits.

The mayor thanked Clayton County Chairman Jeff Turner and he shook hands this morning with Public Works Director Jeff Metarko.
