ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Six years after two College Park teenagers' nude bodies were found behind an elementary school, a man has been found guilty of their murder.

Jeremy Moody was found guilty of all charges Wednesday after a very brief death penalty trial that concluded with a plea deal.

In April of 2007, Del Mattox, 15, and his cousin Chrisondra Kimble, 13, were reported missing after they went to a store to buy snacks. The next day, Chrisondra's mother found them in some woods behind Bethune Elementary School.

The following day, police arrested Moody, who was 29 years old at the time.

In the six years since Moody's arrest, he's been in the news several times. In 2010, Fulton County Jail officials reported that he set himself on fire.

In 2011, he was caught twice with cell phones that someone had snuck to him behind bars.

Soon afterward, CBS Atlanta News discovered that Moody had somehow created a dating profile for himself on a website that helps inmates find pen pals.

Moody will be sentenced April 15 at 9:30 a.m.
