Jim Nantz may be most well-known for calling the shots for CBS Sports. That dream was an early calling for the Emmy winner. Now he's fulfilling a second calling: winemaker.

"My whole life has been about having an idea of something I wanted to do, pursuing it, making it happen. At 11 years old I wanted to work for CBS. I wanted to call The Masters. That was a calling. Ten years ago, I wanted to get into the wine business. I wanted to figure it out. One day, I wanted to create something great and it was a calling," Nantz explained.

Nantz began a joint venture with wine industry veteran Peter Deutsch four years ago. Nantz learned every aspect of the brand, down to the label design. Less than a year ago, The Calling Wine hit the market.

"I'm here for the calling of The Masters, there's that subtlety. I wanted what was in the bottle to stand for something. Once you put a name on it, you also want that to have meaning. I wanted people to think, 'hey, this is a calling. I feel inspired.' There's a keyhole on the label to symbolize for people to follow their calling and to hopefully be inspired," Nantz said.

Why wine?

"I like a nice meal. I like to sit around a table with friends, have a glass or two with friends, and enjoy the experience. That part of my day, I'm not in a hurry," Nantz said.

The Calling Wine can be found at Atlanta restaurants Hal's, Chops and Nan's. For more information about The Calling Wine click here.
