A group of runners participated in a candlelight vigil Wednesday morning to honor the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
The organization Back on My Feet held the vigil at 6 a.m. at Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta.
Back on My Feet is a nonprofit organization that promotes the self-sufficiency of the homeless population by engaging them in running as a means to build confidence, strength and self-esteem.
Members run Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and must maintain a 90 percent attendance rating in order to move forward in the program and gain access to job training, employment and housing opportunities.
