Clifton Road by Center for Disease Control falling apart

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Those who work at the Center For Disease Control by Emory University can't avoid the problem. 

Clifton Road is infected with neglect.

Over the past few years, patches appear here and there, but there's one small section of Clifton that needs a culture. 

The cure?  At least 20 tons of asphalt. 

The worst section of Clifton starts at Briarcliff and ends about a quarter mile down the hill.
