SANDY SPRINGS, GA (CBS46) -

A Levi's Call has been canceled for a missing Sandy Springs 2-year-old girl.

The girl was found safe in West Memphis, AR just before 4:00 p.m.

Police said Sorelle Torres was abducted from Roswell Road around 8 a.m. Friday morning by her father, Zebidiah Lockett.

Lockett was arrested by Arkansas State Police along I-40.

Police said Lockett approached Sorelle's mother while she was dropping the child off at an apartment complex.

Lockett pushed the mother from her vehicle and fled the area with the child inside, police said.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Lockett for one count each of kidnapping, aggravated stalking, and theft of motor vehicle.

Police said the aggravated stalking charge stems from a temporary protective order issued against Lockett.

Lockett has been arrested before for domestic violence, according to police.
