New members inducted to Atlanta Sports Hall of Fame

ROSWELL, GA (CBS46) -

The Atlanta Sports Hall of Fame held its 2013 induction and award ceremony on Saturday.

Five people were inducted into the Hall of Fame: Ronald Bradley, who was one of the country's winningest high school basketball coaches; Steve Lundquist, who won an Olympic gold medal in 1984 in the breaststroke; Earl Mann,  the former president, general manager and owner of the Atlanta Crackers; Dr. Homer Rice, who is a former Georgia Tech athletic director; and Deion Sanders, who is a former Atlanta Falcon and Atlanta Brave.

Wayne Hogan, the associate athletic director at Georgia Tech received the 2013 Community Service award.

The Star of the Year award went to Norcross High School for being the first high school to win football, boys basketball and girls basketball state championships in the same academic year.

The ceremony was held at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. This was the ninth year of the event.
