Nearly 17 million people watched the first episode of CBS' new show, Under the Dome.
Under the Dome, based on the Stephen King novel of the same name, is the story of a small New England town that is suddenly and inexplicably sealed off from the rest of the world by an enormous transparent dome.
The town's inhabitants must deal with surviving the post-apocalyptic conditions while searching for answers to what this barrier is, where it came from and if and when it will go away.
In the dome, there are things the inhabitants must do without, including using the phone, Internet, or watching TV.
If you had to do without something, what would it be? Let us know on Facebook.
Under the Dome airs Monday at 10 p.m.
