Fourth arrest made in fatal Mobley Jewelry Store robbery

VILLA RICA, GA (CBS46) -

The U.S. Marshals announced the arrest of a man who may be the fourth suspect in the Mobley Jewelry Store armed robbery and murder of owner Mitch Mobley.

The shooting happened around 1 p.m. on June 26, along Carrollton Villa Rica Highway.

Cranford Phelps, 21, was arrested at 6 a.m. on Tuesday in Southeast Atlanta.

Gregory Limark Clifton, 20, was arrested by the Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force in Atlanta Friday evening. A 16-year-old and two other suspects were caught a few days later.
