DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Police are searching for two motorcycle drivers connected to a hit-and-run fiery crash in DeKalb County.

According to witnesses, two motorcycles were racing Eastbound on Rainbow Drive near Wesley Chapel Road on Tuesday night.

The driver of one of the motorcycles lost control of his bike and slid into an oncoming car on Rainbow Drive, according to police. The driver was thrown from the motorcycle.

Shortly after impact, the motorcycle burst into flames and caught a car on fire.

Police said all four occupants of the car suffered minor burn injuries, and they were taken to the hospital.

Witnesses also said the other racing motorcycle driver stopped to pick up the driver that crashed.

Officers later determined the wrecked motorcycle was stolen out of Cobb County.

They are working to identify motorcyclist that fled the location.

A small amount of drugs were also located at the scene and they are believed to be connected to the motorcyclist.
