A missing Jackson Township teen believed to be in danger has been spotted in Wayne County at the intersection of Mills and Mains Street in Dalton, Ohio.
14-year-old Emma Newland was last seen walking by a pond near her home and then entering the nearby woods. Emma did not have any personal items with her and she has never been missing before.
Her family and law enforcement are concerned for her safety because such actions are outside of her character. The Jackson Township police are the investigating Emma's disappearance.
Emma has shoulder length brown hair and is around 5'4" tall. She was last seen in gray sweat pants and peach colored top. If you believe you have seen a child matching Emma's description, please contact the Jackson Township police.
