Three arrested, charged in fatal shooting at Zaxby's parking lot

COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Three men were arrested for fatally shooting a man in the parking lot of a Zaxby's in Cobb County, on Wednesday around 8:30 p.m.

The victim, Jarvis McNabb, 29, was shot at the restaurant on South Cobb Drive in Smyrna.

McNabb was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, but was dead upon arrival.

Moments after the shooting, witnesses reported seeing a man run from the scene and two other men flee onto South Cobb Drive in what was described as a small, red, four-door car.

Desmond Mosby, 27, and Gershom Joshua Brown, 27, were arrested by the Cobb County Sheriff's Office task force in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals around 2 p.m. Thursday, according to a CCSO press release. Investigators also arrested Kemanie Rhaburn, 29, of Englewood, California, according to Cobb County police.

Mosby, who is from Atlanta, was picked up at 1236 Liberty Parkway in Atlanta. Brown, who is from Marietta, was arrested at the Wildwood Ridge Apartments in Cobb County. 

Police officers arrested Rhaburn roughly 30 minutes after the shooting, according to jail records. Rhaburn was picked up a few blocks away from the scene at South Cobb Drive and N. Church Road at 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to jail records.

All three face murder charges, and are being held without bond in the Cobb County jail.
