Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested 20 teenagers Friday night at a party in a field in Commerce, GA, after receiving an anonymous tip that the teens were there.
One of the teens was charged with aggravated assault and damage to government property. The sheriff's department said the teenage boy, whose name is not being released, rammed a police vehicle, and nearly hit a deputy in the process.
That boy was arrested and faced his first court appearance as a juvenile Monday afternoon. The sheriff's department said it was not likely the boy would be charged as an adult.
The other teens were charged with underage possession of alcohol.
