Former Faith Lutheran School principal charged with aggravated child molestation

COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Cobb County police arrested the former principle of Faith Lutheran School in connection to an aggravated child molestation case.

According to detectives, the victim who was 15 years old at the time of the alleged crimes, recently reported that he had been molested at a family home.

Detectives arrested Jack Duane Hobbs, 57, of Marietta. He has been charged with four counts of aggravated child molestation.

At the time of the alleged crimes, Hobbs was employed as the principle at the Faith Lutheran School, according to police.

Investigators do not believe this is an isolated incident and are asking for the public's assistance in helping them to identify any other possible victims.
