Suspect, 22, arrested in aggravated sodomy case involving juvenile victim

CLAYTON COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Clayton County police arrested a 22-year-old wanted in connection to an aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment case involving a juvenile. 

Police said Andre Pierre Walker, of Marietta, is also suspected of impersonating a police officer during the incidents.

According to reports, Walker would usually approach his victims by posing as a police officer, and ask to search the victim and then assault them.

Detectives obtained DNA samples from Walker which linked him to other open cases in Clayton County which lead to his arrest.

Walker is charged with three counts of aggravated sodomy, three counts of false imprisonment, two counts of impersonating a police officer.

He also faces one count of aggravated assault.

Walker is under indictment in DeKalb County for similar charges.
