Congressman says Vladimir Putin beat him in drunken arm-wrestle

TODAY'S MOST...Interesting Fact About Vladimir Putin: A congressman from California says he drunkenly arm wrestled Vladimir Putin back in the 1990's, and Putin won. Republican Dana Rohrabacher says Putin was with a group of Russian lawmakers visiting Washington. Putin was a deputy mayor at the time. Some U.S. lawmakers ended up at a bar with the Russian delegation, and after a few drinks they decided to arm wrestle to "settle" who had won the Cold War. In a radio interview today, Rohrabacher said Putin "put me down in a millisecond. He is tough."

TODAY'S MOST...Ridiculous Amount of Money Left to a Dog: In her will, a wealthy woman in New York City left her chihuahua $100,000. The woman named her dog Monster Girl, and the will says she requests Monster Girl not be left alone for long periods of time. Muriel Siebert died at the age of 84, and left most of her $48 million fortune to a non-profit that supports animals. Siebert was the first woman ever to have a seat on the New York stock exchange. She was not married and had no children.

TODAY'S MOST...Bizarre Tweet from a Pizza Restaurant: A restaurant in Champaign, Illinois tweeted that all women who flashed their breasts would get free pizza. The restaurant's owner said the offer was tweeted by a worker, and he did not condone it. The University of Illinois is based in Champaign, and the restaurant is in an area called Campustown.
