FULTON COUNTY, GA (CBS46) -

Police caught a man Thursday in connection with a murder in College Park.

Fulton County Police say they arrested Timothy Wood, 33, in a vehicle in North Atlanta.  Wood was wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Eddie Magby III in the parking lot of a Chevron on October 6.

The shooting happened at about 1 a.m. at a Chevron gas station on Old National Highway in South Fulton County.

"There were video cameras everywhere," said Sgt. Scott McBride with the Fulton County police. "[The suspect] didn't appear to care."

McBride said they had a clear shot of the suspect's face, as well as the distinctive shirt he was wearing.

Anyone who thinks they can help Fulton County police on this case are asked to call the investigations division at 404-613-9176.
