Breaking News: A 14-year-old Acworth girl who was the subject of a Georgia Levi's Call and a national Amber Alert has been found and the alerts have been canceled, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
The girl, who reportedly left her home in Acworth late Tuesday or
early Wednesday, was reported missing Wednesday and believed to have
been in the company of a 20-year-old man and possibly in a white 2014 Range Rover, according to alerts issued by
the Bartow County Sheriff's Office.
The missing girl is currently in custody with Bibb County Sheriff's Office, the Bartow County Sheriff's Office confirmed in a press release sent a little after 8 p.m.
"According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, a citizen who was aware of the Amber Alert issued spotted the vehicle and called 911. Bibb County authorities located the vehicle and the missing girl at an unknown motel in their jurisdiction," the release stated.
