MARIETTA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

If you hear gunshots on Roswell Street in Marietta on Monday, don't worry. Most likely, it's coming from the scene of a television production.

According to city leaders, a scene for an unnamed television show is being filmed behind Roswell Street Baptist Church.

"I can't tell you what the secret is back there, but there's going to be a lot of shooting and a lot of blowing up," said church administrator John Crooks.

"It's actually pretty cool," said Dennis Hoffman, who lives directly across the street from the church's back parking lot. "I'm curious to see what the show's going to be and if it's going to be any good or not."

Here is the news release from the City of Marietta:

Throughout the day on Monday, Oct. 21, scenes will be filmed that will include intermittent simulated gunfire. The scenes could begin filming as early as 8 a.m. and could potentially last until dark. There will be no road closures as a result of the filming of these scenes. All of the activity will be on private property and there is no opportunity for public viewing.
