Man suspected in Roswell home invasion captured

A man wanted in a Roswell home invasion has been captured.

Around 9 a.m. on Oct. 18, Roswell police were called after an armed man kicked in the back door of a home on Hembree Grove Drive.

The man, armed with a knife, entered the home and tied the victim up with duct tape.

The victim was able to get free and went to a neighbor's house for help.

On Oct. 28, officers with the Roswell Police Department arrested Robert Earl Foster Jr.

Foster was staying at an extended stay hotel a short distance from the home he is suspected of entering.

Foster will be charged with burglary, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and theft by taking. He was also wanted by Cobb County and Georgia Pardons and Parole.
