CHICAGO (CBS ATLANTA/ CNN) -

An Illinois man was charged with a felony after using a stun gun on his wife as part of a bet on the Packers-Bears game.

Chicago Bears fan John Grant told police his wife, who is a Green Bay Packers Fan, agreed to let him use his stun gun on her if his team won.

After watching the Bears win at a bar in Mayville, the couple stepped outside to settle the bet.

The incident was caught on cell phone video.

Grant's wife didn't think it was so funny afterward. Police were called and they arrested her husband after she denied consenting to be shocked.

After seeing this video, police determined Grant's wife clearly did agree to it.

Despite that, Grant was still charged with felony possession of an electronic weapon, which is illegal in Wisconsin.
