A DeKalb County Grand Jury has indicted the man who entered Ronald E. McNair Discovery Academy in August and fired shots at police officers.
Michael Brandon Hill was indicted on charges of aggravated assault on a peace officer, two counts of aggravated assault, burglary in the second degree, terroristic threats, carrying weapons within certain school areas, false imprisonment, three counts of obstruction of an officer, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of firearm during commission of a felony and possession of firearm by first offender probationer.
According to police, Hill fired at least 12 rounds at police as they entered the school to try and end the situation.
