COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA (WWBT) -

The estranged wife, accused of helping to murder her husband by mob is expected inside of a Colonial Heights courtroom Monday.

Ashley Mack, 20, stands accused several charges, including Murder by Mob, in the death of Rusty Mack.

Monday's hearing is expected to discuss the change of venue in the murder trial, which the Prosecution has already been granted and scheduled for Chesterfield. However, the defense has objected to the switch.

Ashley Mack's hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

Two out of four people originally charged in Mack's death have had the charges against them dropped.
