Two men have been arrested after Gwinnett County police say they followed a store owner home and robbed him.

On Nov. 16, two men went to Zone Electronics at the Pendergrass Flea Market.

The men visited the business and spoke with the owner several times over a period of several hours, police said.

The owner closed the store at 5 p.m. and drove to his home in unincorporated Suwanee. After he pulled into his driveway, someone began knocking loudly on his vehicle.

According to police, the victim saw a man standing outside of his vehicle armed with a shotgun.

He immediately recognized the suspect as one of the two men acting suspiciously in his store earlier in the day.

The suspect demanded money, which the victim provided, but was not satisfied with the amount. He demanded more money and fired a shot into the floorboard of the victim's vehicle, according to police.

The victim provided more cash and the suspect fled to a waiting vehicle.

After receiving multiple tips regarding the identity of the suspects, brothers Raymond Meadows, 40, and Ralph Meadows, 41, were arrested and charged with armed robbery.

Ralph Meadows was also charged with aggravated assault.

The brothers are both being held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center without bond.
