ATLANTA (AP) -

Federal prosecutors say a 61-year-old man and his son have pleaded guilty in a racketeering scheme.

Officials say Giulio Glenn Greye and his 34-year-old son Ian Justain Greye moved into a vacant home in Decatur, changed the locks and filed false documents with the DeKalb County Clerk of Superior Court to claim ownership of the home.

Prosecutors say Giulio Greye was sentenced to five years and Ian Greye was sentenced to 10 years. Both men are ordered to spend two years of their sentence behind bars. Authorities say the men proclaimed that they were sovereign citizens and were charged with burglary, theft, mail fraud, false writings and more.

Officials say a 52-year-old Kennesaw woman and a 29-year-old Alpharetta man are also expected to stand trial in the case next month.
