Nashville may be called the "It" city, but a new study finds it is definitely not the "Fit" city.
Nashville ranks No. 2 on the list of the most sedentary cities in America according to a study by Share Care, a company created in part by Dr. Oz.
It looks at the results from more than a million online surveys.
Only Knoxville ranked higher in the survey.
Researchers said burning less than 500 calories a day through some sort of exercise makes you age faster and reduces your lifespan.
They recommend getting started by walking just 10 minutes a day.
